Orders received by 3pm are typically processed the same day. Each completed online order will generate a confirmation e-mail for you that contains your order number. Tracking number is sent on the provided e-mail address once the order is processed.

If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

Estimated delivery time is specify on each product card. Some products are being produced once they are ordered so bear in mind the delivery time. 

Domestic shipping cost: In Poland we proceed the orders due to fixed delivery rate: 15 PLN for a prepaid order, 20 PLN cash on delivery

We accept international orders.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, and taxes when the shipment arrives. These costs vary based on your country. For international deliveries please chose "international delivery" upon delivery options and then pick the country of choice from the list. All the international orders must be fully paid before shipment.
